ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed against the 3rd O.P. only and dismissed against the other O.P's The 3rd O.P. is directed to pay compensation of Rs.12,000/- to the complainant within two months from the date of this order failing which such amount shall carry interest at the rate of 10% p.a. thereafter until the date of payment. The 3rd O.P. is directed to pay the complainant cost of Rs.1,000/-. Give a copy of this order to both parties according to Rules.
