MR. BIBEKANANDA  DAS, MEMBER:-       

          Complainant has  filed C.C.Case No. 51/2023 U/s-35 of C.P.Act, 2019 seeking following relief:-

          “Honbl’e Commission direct the Ops to supply the ration items in the name of Akshya Mallik from 2018 till today”.

          Non-supply of ration items from the dealer is the grievance of the Complainant. The ration items are subsidized food item supplied by Govt. for benefits of poor Citizen for which Govt. is paying subsidy and no consideration is being paid for which the Complainant can’t claim the food item as a matter of right. This Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain such application to  deserve to get any ration or not. The subject matter is not coming within the purview of C.P.Act as it is a purely subsidized benevolent scheme meant for the poor Citizens. As such we find no merit in this Case and the present C.C.Case No. 51/2023 is hereby dismissed and accordingly disposed off. No order as to cost.

                         Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
