Parties are present. Ld. Lawyer for the o.p. has handed over D.D. no. 808487 dt. 26/02/2013 for Rs. 5,61,205/- in open Forum and filed a money receipt to that effect. Ld. Lawyer for the complainant has filed a petition that the dispute has been amicably settled and complainant has received D/D. of Rs. 5,61,205/- towards full and final settlement and does not want to proceed with the case and has prayed for disposal of the case. 
In view of the above position, the instant case stands dismissed for non-prosecution on the basis of petition dated 27/02/2013 of the complainant which forms the part of the order.
