ORDER

          During the pendency of these two appeals, the contesting parties have entered into an amicable settlement.  The consent terms of settlement between them have been placed on record.  Mr.B.Sudhakar Shetty, respondent in FA/302/2012 and Power of Attorney Holder of the respondent in FA/303/2012, is present in person.  He affirms the terms of settlement.  Accordingly, terms of settlement are taken on record and both the Appeals are disposed of in terms thereof.
