Challenge in these proceedings is to the order dated 31.3.2011 passed by the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bangalore in first appeal No. 289 of 2010.

We have carefully perused the orders passed by fora below and heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.  In our view, having entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner was not well advised to approach this Commission against concurrent findings of fora below, which in our view are based on correct appreciation of the evidence, material obtaining on record.  No interference is warranted in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.
