Final Order / Judgement

The complaint is allowed. The OP is directed to refund 
the bus fare of Rs.5 we award a compensation of 
Rs.1000 for the harassment caused to 
the complainant, so that such incidents are not repeated
by the OP and other. We award a cost of Rs.500
to the complainant
The above said amounts amounting to 
Rs.1,505 shall be paid by the OP to the complainant 
with in four weeks from the date of receipt of this order .
