The Learned counsel for the complainant suffered the statement that I pleaded no instruction on behalf of complainant as the complainant is not in my contact. On the perusal of the file it reveals that the present complaint was fixed for arguments initially on 26.08.2022. Neither the complainant has filed written arguments since than nor present with the counsel to contest the present complaint. It seems that complainant is not interested to contest the present complaint. So for non appearance of complainant and statement suffered by the learned counsel for the complainant for no instruction, the present complaint is dismissed in default. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
