The appellants are the opposite parties/builders in CC:209/09 in the file of CDRF, Kannur.  The appellant is under orders to register the title deed and to pay Rs.50,000/- as compensation and a sum of Rs.2000/- towards cost.  The appellant/opposite party was exparte before the Forum.  It is submitted by the appellants that they are ready to execute the sale deed of the flat for which the entire amount has been paid.

In the circumstances the appellant is directed to execute the sale deed infavour of the complainant within one month from today.  The appellant is also ordered to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as cost to the complainant.  On payment of the above amount to the complainant or deposit the same before the Forum which can be withdrawn by the complainant the Forum will permit the appellant to contest the matter.  The case stands posted before the Forum on 11/5/2010.

Office is directed to forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
