                   Case called several times since morning. It is now 3.20 p.m. But none appeared on behalf of the parites.  The perusal of order sheet reveals that none of the parties are appearing in this case for the last 3 hearings.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  Similarly the OP is also not adducing his evidnce despite various last opportunities granted to it subject to payment of Rs. 500/- as cost to be deposited by the OP with this District Forum.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 03.02.2011.  A period of about more than 5 years has elapsed.  In the absence of the relevant documents on the file this complaint cannot decided on merits.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
