            On 6^th December, 2021  the very first date of hearing for admission of the complaint, the complainant was advised to amend the complaint as there were lot of abbreviations used as also no proper memo of parties was filed.  Since then the complainant has not  appeared nor filed amended memo of parties. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
