It is stated by counsel for the petitioner that as per instruction received by him, petitioner has died in July, 2013. No application for substitution of legal heir of deceased - petitioner has been filed within the period of limitation. Under these circumstances, the present revision petition stands abated and the same is disposed of accordingly.
