O.P. is present through its Lawyer. But the complainant again today files one petition praying for time for evidence. None is found for the complainant to move the petition.

All along the conduct of the complainant is not satisfactory. Complainant was asked to file show cause on 15.12.2012, but till 15.03.2013 he did not file show cause. Thereafter, he was asked to file his affidavit-in-chief on 09.04.2013, 06.05.2013, 29.05.2013 20.06.2013. On the last day i.e. on 20.06.2013 the complainant did not take step. Moreover, he was asked to pay cost on 29.05.2013 of Rs 100/- for his unnecessary dillydally tactics. So, he did not turn up on 20.06.2013 neither filed show cause, chief or paid cost. Today’s petition is misconceived and it has also not been moved, hence the petition is rejected. Thus this complaint is dismissed for default with cost of Rs 100/- to the O.P.

Fees paid are correct. Furnish the true photocopies of this final order to the parties free of cost.
