ORDER

Today the matter is fixed for hearing.

Mr. S.S. Debnath, Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainants is present.

On the other hand, Mrs. P. Chakraborty, Ld. Advocate appearing for the respondent-Axis Bank is also present.

An application is filed by the complainants for withdrawing the Complaint Case with a liberty to institute the same before the Civil Court for appropriate relief.

Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the parties.

Prayer for withdrawal of the Complaint Case is allowed with a liberty to file before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the instant Complaint Case is disposed of as withdrawn.
