None present for the appellant.

          None was also present on 30.01.15, 11.03.15,  14.05.15, 15.12.15  and  09.02.16. 

         Number of SPCs vide no.895 dated 17.03.15, no.789 dated 05.08.15, no.6366 dated 17.12.15 and no.600 dated 11.2.16 were issued to the appellant informing the next date of hearing.  But none was present on behalf of the appellant to argue the case.

        This clearly indicates that the appellant is  not interested in pursuing this case. 

           The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
