Heard Counsel for OP. Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 26.04.2018, 17.09.2018& 21.01.2019 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Moreover, the complainant has not filed evidence, despite giving various opportunities and last opportunity was given to the complainant to file his evidence by way of affidavit vide order dated 20.12.2017.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
