Counsel for the complainant submitted that there was no instruction from the complainant as he is not co-operating for conducting the case. On verification of records it is seen that the notice from this Commission was received by the complainant on 30/07/2019. Though the notice was received by the complainant, he did not adduce the evidence before the Commission. Thus we are of the opinion that the complainant is not interested in proceeding with the case. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
