                  The present complaint has been addressed to Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T Chandigarh by the complainant instead of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-II U.T Chandigarh. Moreover, the complainant has neither impleaded Opposite Parties in proper format nor three sets of the complaint have been attached. Even complainant did not “impleaded ‘Google Pay’  as necessary party” in the present complaint. Taken into consideration the shortcomings of the present complaint the same is returned to the complainant with liberty to file a fresh in proper format and  complete  sets,  as  per

law. Moreover, he is directed to file his complete address instead of incomplete address mentioned in the present complaint  along with proof of his residential addresses at Chandigarh.

(2)      In view of the above observations, this complaint is returned to the complainant, with liberty as aforesaid.

(3)      The copies complaint/original documents, if any be returned to the complainant after retaining one true certified copy of the complaint for record. 

(4)        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, free of charge.   

(5)        After compliance file be consigned to record room.
