Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 05.09.2018. Complainant didn’t appear on 20.07.2022 and on 04.05.2023. On 03.08.2023 Sh. Amit Kumar instructed counsel on behalf of Sh. Rajeev Kumar counsel for complainant appeared and sought adjournment for address arguments. Therefore on 03.08.2023 Last opportunity was granted to complainant to address arguments. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
