Authorized representative of the Appellant and Ld. Advocate of the Respondent are present.  Authorized representative on behalf of the Appellant by filing a petition under affidavit states that the matter has been amicably settled in between the parties outside this commission and therefore, he prays for due liberty to withdraw the Appeal. 

Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent.  Perused the material on record. 

On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, especially in view of the fact that the matter has been resolved on full satisfaction    in between the parties, we deem it fit and proper to allow the petition. 

The Appeal thus stands disposed of for non-prosecution.
