          This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on  23-3-2015, in the presence of Sri T. Pranabkumar and G. Madhu, Advocates for complainant and Sri T. Srinivas Reddy, Advocate for opposite party, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

          Complainant filed a memo through counsel that the matter was settled outside the Forum. Hence not pressed as such the matter is closed.
