None for the appellant.

        None was present on 22.05.15, 04.08.15 and 12.10.15 despite issuance of SPCs    vide dispatch no. 1490 dated 24.04.15, 1877 dated 27.05.15 and 3446 dated 11.09.15.

        Today again neither the appellant nor his counsel appeared to argue the case.  This shows that he is not interested in pursuing this case.

         Hence, the case is dismissed for want of prosecution.
