2. SBI General Insurance Company Limited, SCO No.388-389, Ist Floor, Karan Commercial Complex, Old Mughal Canal, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

                Today, the case was fixed for evidence of complainant.

                Despite repeated calls since morning, none has appeared on behalf of complainant.  Complainnat was called through telephone and he has given the message that he has closed the account in the Axis Bank.  So, it means that the grievances of complainant have been redressed by the Ops and he is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.  Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
