Today, the case was fixed for filing written version and Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised”

In view of the ibid statement of Ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromise. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. After completion, file be consigned to record room.
