ORDER

     Perusal of the record indicates that complainant has not been appearing in this case. Today also neither complainant nor anybody else on her behalf has turned up. A communication dated 01.06.2022 was received from Axis Bank, Sector 35 A, Chandigarh, informing that the customer account belongs to SCO 343 & 344, Sector 35-B, Chandigarh -160022 and the letter had been sent to incorrect branch address. Accordingly, complainant was directed to take appropriate steps in view of the said communication received from Axis Bank but she has not turned up to pursue her case, nor taken any appropriate steps. Repeated non appearance and non compliance of the order of this commission shows that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
