Present: -     Complainant Sh. Jarnail Singh in person with Sh. H.S. Aulakh, Advocate.                                                                          Sh. M.S. Sethi, Advocate for opposite party.     

This case is fixed for 23.08.2023 for evidence of opposite party. However, File put up today on the application moved by complainant Jarnail Singh seeking permission for withdrawal of the complaint as matter has been amicably settled with the op. Complainant Jarnail Singh has also suffered a statement to the effect that they have compromised the matter with the opposite party and now nothing is outstanding against the bank, so he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and withdraws the complaint. In view of the statement of complainant Jarnail Singh, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
