3. Apollo Munich Apollo Hospitals Complex, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-560033, Telangana through its National Head.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Mr.Manan Bhardwaj, Adv., for the complainant.

                        Op No.1 already ex parte vide order dated 05.03.2019.

                        Ms.Priya Singhi, Adv., for Mr.Nitesh Singhi, Adv., for the Ops No.2 and 3.

                               

                                Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement if any and filing evidence by the complainant. Counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that the matter has been compromised with the Ops, so, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
