                    Shri Rahul Vig, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of JDs/OPs by filing power of attorney. DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has received a demand draft bearing No.029090 dated 03.04.2024, of Rs.20,000/-, in compliance of order under execution application, now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. Said statement has been identified by Ld. counsel for the DH/complainant. Photocopy of the demand draft placed on record.

                    In view of the statement of the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
