                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                                      

                                      Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant as on the previous date none appeared on behalf of complainant. Ops also not served for want of copies of complaint and RC etc. Case called several times since morning but today also none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 02.02.2023 and since then complainant has availed various opportunities for providing copies of complaint and RC etc. for service of ops but he has failed to provide the same and as such ops could not be served and from two dates none has appeared on his behalf.  It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
