                          The case record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the Ld counsel for the complainant. Copy served on the other side’s counsel who has agreed to it.

                          The Ld counsel of the complainant has filed a memo to withdraw/drop on the ground that the complainant has settled the case out of the Forum.

                         The OP’s counsel has received the copy who has no objection to it. Both the counsels are present.

                         Since the parties have settled the matter, the memo of the ld counsel is accepted. The case is dropped. Record need not be put up on the date fixed.

Misc Case No-36/2014

                         Ld. counsel for the  petitioner has filed  a memo to withdraw/drop on the ground stated therein. The parties have already settled the disputes out of the Forum. THe counsel has received copy without objection. Both the counsels are present and submitted to allow the withdrawn. Specially as the main case has been closed. Record  need not be put up on the date fixed.
