ORDER

1.                Perused  complaint and written statement.

2.                The complainant  has claimed an amount of  Rs.20,00,000/- (Twenty lacs ) with interest at the rate of 18% p.a.

3.                The complainant claimed Rs.50,000/-  as cost.

4.                The claim is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of the district forum.

5.                As per law if court passes a decree  having no jurisdiction over the matter it would amount to nullity.

6.                The complainant is entitle to file complaint before appropriate court and shall be entitle for benefit of section 14 of limitation

                   Act, for the purpose of computation  period  of limitation.

7.                Complaint is dismissed.

8. Copy of this order sent to the both parties.
