Present:       Sh.Mohd. Zahid, Advocate for complainant.

                   Today, case is fixed for filing written arguments. At this stage, Sh.Mohd. Zahid, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that complainant has lodged the complaint with the concerned police station and inquiry is being conducted by the police officials and hopeful they will come to some conclusion and it will take some time, as such, he has no objection, if the present complaint be adjourned sine die for the time being with a liberty to revive the same as and when the same is required.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands adjourned sine die for the time being. However, complainant is at liberty to get it revived, as and when the same is so required. File be consigned to record room.
