            Agreement/contract period of loan has already expired on 20.7.2024.

            Relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and creditor and there is no deficiency in service or unfair trade practice on the part of opposite parties and there is no such pleading in the consumer complaint. Thus the consumer complaint is devoid of any merit and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
