ORDER

     Case taken up today as on previous date, i.e., 07.05.2021, it was not taken up due to situation arising out of corona virus spread & measures to control it. It was adjourned for 08.07.2021 through public notice, copy of which is placed on the file and notice was also placed on the official website of this Commission, notice board & main gate of the premises of this Commission that case shall be taken up on 08.07.2021.

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     Vakalatnama, written statement and evidence on behalf of OP No.2 received through petition box.

     Today the learned counsel for complainant seeks permission to withdraw the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh. E-mail to this effect also received from him. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, subject to law of limitation, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
