                            Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing no.574667 amounting to Rs.104,500/- from Op No.2 as full and final Payment. Therefore ,he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance .
