Complainant is absent without taking any steps. OP files hazira. Heard the Ld. advocate  of OP. Perused the record. It reveals from the record that on 01.06.2022 complainant was directed to file show cause. But since then on 21.07.2022, 05.09.2022, 18.11.2022, 03.01.2023, 24.02.2023, 11.05.2023, 18.05.2023, 25.05.2023 and today also complainant did not file any show cause. It is now 1.18pm.

Accordingly we are of the view that complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this case hence, ordered that the instant Consumer Case being no. 26/2016 is hereby dismissed for default.
