                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complainat. At this stage, the complainants by making a separate statement state that they withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
