Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the case will not be dismissed for default and S/R in respect of O.P. No.2.

None appears from the side of the complainant on repeated calls. The O.P. No.1 files hazira.

It is now 4.00 pm.

On scrutiny of the record it appears that the complainant has absent   consecutive two dates without any step and cause not shown as per order dated 25/11/14 by the complainant. Today the complainant is absent without any intimation.

In view of the above discussions it is clear that the complainant has lost her interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

that the CC No. 87/2014 is dismissed for default without cost.
