  2. Branch Manager, Axis Bank Ltd., S.C.O. 10, Sector 10, Branch Panchkula.
  3. Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd., having its registered office at 419, Bhai Mohan Singh Nagar, Rail Majra, Balachur, District Nawanshahar, Punjab-144, through its Managing Director.
  4. Branch Manager, Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd., S.C.O. 48, Second Floor, Sector 11, Panchkula Branch, Panchkula.

                     Today the case is fixed for appearance of OPs No. 1 to 4. Shri Nitesh Singhi, Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of OPs No. 3 and 4. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that he withdraws the present complaint on the instructions of the Complainant as the matter in question has been compromised between the parties and liberty may be granted to file a fresh complaint if any dispute subsists.

                     Heard.  Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been settled between the parties by way of mutual compromise as per the statement of the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint as prayed for, is allowed to be withdrawn and the same is hereby accordingly dismissed.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
