ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. The parties have settled the matter. Counsel for OP undertakes to pay Rs.15,000/- to the complainant today through cheque/draft towards full and final settlement of this complaint. The complainant agrees to the same and prays that the complaint may be disposed of as settled. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is disposed of being settled. OP shall abide by the undertaking made by their counsel. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
