Perused the complainant and the documents there to.

 Considered. It is seen that:-

 1. The complainant is a partnership firm and is engaged in business of sale or hardware machinery and tools.

2. The A/C opened with the OP bank for the purpose of the said business in a current A/C.
   3. in the authorization letter Mr. Arun Sinhal and Mr. Ajoy Sinhal have declared themselves to be the partners and so also in the K.Y.C.
      4. The case is filed not be name individually but in the name of business firm, From the above perusal we are of the opinion that the complainant is not a consumer as per the CP act 1986 and hence the case is not admitted and stands dismissed.
