ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     Case preponed and taken up today on the application dated 03.03.2021 received from complainant & his counsel for withdrawal of the present complaint. Per contents of the application, in view of the settlement between the parties, complainant does not want to pursue this complaint and seeks permission to withdraw it. In view of the application received and its confirmation through virtual hearing from the counsel for complainant, since the matter has been settled, therefore permission is granted to the complainant to withdraw the present complaint. Dismissed as withdrawn. This case be not listed on 07.05.2021 as already ordered as it stood disposed of today.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
