                    Photocopies of the cheques and No objection certificate has been filed on behalf of OP. Sh. Sukhdev Saini, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP has redressed the grievance of the complainant and the matter has now been settled between the parties. I do not wish to press this complaint further. This complaint be dismissed as withdrawn”. 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
