Present:       None for the deceased complainant.

                    Ms. Rakhi verma, Adv. for the respondent No.2.

                   (Notice of complaint was not ordered against respondents No.1 & 3).

 

               On 3.3.2023, Sh. Mir Chand Saini, Advocate who was representing the complainant, submitted that complainant has been expired then, he was asked to produce death certificate of the complainant and application, if any, by his LRs on 29.3.2023. On 29.3.2023, Sh. Mir Chand Saini, Advocate appeared before this Commission submitted, he had sent the intimation to the family members of the deceased complainant, but nobody has contacted to him from the family of deceased complainant, despite that, this Commission on humitarian ground, adjourned the proceedings for 5.4.2023 i.e. today itself, for awaiting joining of the LRs of the deceased complainant. Again, nobody has appeared on today, therefore, record of the present complaint order to be consigned to the records treating the proceedings being abated.
