            As per order dated 22.06.2022, 3 days time was granted to process fees for service of  notice on respondent.

          But the same has not been furnished by the appellant till date.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 22.06.2022, without further reference to the Bench.
