Present: Sh.T.K. Sharma, Advocate for the complainant. Sh. Gaurav Mutneja, Advocate for OP no.1,4,5 and 6. Sh. Ranjodh Singh, Advocate for OP no.2 and 3. The complainants have filed the present complaint claiming a sum of Rs.1,56,757/- illegally withdrawn by the opposite party no.1 inconnivance with opposite party no.4 to 6 from the saving bank account of the complainant no.1 on 06.11.2023 towards the premium of the said mis-sold insurance policy from the opposite parties no.2 and 3 without the request and consent of the complainants. However, at this stage ld.counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3, Sh.Ranjodh Singh, Advocate suffered a statement that he on behalf of opposite parties no.2 and 3 offer to pay to complainant a sum of Rs.1,56,757/- in full and final settlement of all the claims and demands of complainant in the present complaint. The payment shall be made within a period of 03 weeks by cheque. Complainant Baljinder Singh alongwith counsel Sh.T.K. Sharma, Advocate suffered a statement that he agree with the offer made by counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3 and present complaint may be disposed off accordingly. In view of the statement made by complainant and counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3, the present complaint is disposed off with direction to the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to pay to the complainant no.1 a sum of Rs.1,56,757/- within a period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of order. Compliance be made within the stipulated period, failing which the amount of Rs.1,56,757/- shall carry interest @9% per annum from 06.11.2023 till actual realization. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to the record room.
