ORDER

                    The parties have amicably settled the matter.  In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties the complainant  wants to withdraw the complaint.            In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
