                On 23.12.2020,  the very first date of hearing, the complainant had sought time to file the original complaint.  Thereafter it appears the same was filed on 18.03.2021 but without swearing an affidavit. After the said date, the complainant has consistently not appeared in this  case till date.  The complaint is still at the admission stage.  It appears that  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the matter is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
