ORDER

                    The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the OPs are ready to pay the GST amount of Rs.600/- to the complainant and Rs.2000/- as a goodwill gesture towards full and final settlement within 15 days.  The offer of the OPs is acceptable to the complainant and he has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of 2600/- to the complainant within 15 days from today, failing which the OPs shall pay additional amount of Rs.1000/- to the complainant. Hence, the complaint stands dispose off.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
