Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant. No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its repeated call.
On scrutiny of records, it appears that on and from 02.11.2020, several dates have been elapsed but no step taken by the complainant. Complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed due to non-prosecution and dated was fixed on 14.01.2022. The Complainant was further directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution.
Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.
Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.63/2020 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution against the complainant without any cost.
