Present:   None for the Complainant.

Shri Amit Munjal, Counsel for the OPs.

Today the case is fixed for arguments on behalf of the complainant, subject to the last opportunity. None has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 03:30 PM. No further wait is justified. It is pertinent to mention that on 18.10.2023 & 04.12.2023 none has also appeared on behalf of the complainant.

In the present complaint, OPs argued its case on 18.10.2023 and thereafter case was repeatedly adjourned for arguments on behalf of the complainant but till today complainant has failed argue the case. It appears that the complainant is no more interested to pursue the present complaint. The present complaint pertains to the year 2021. Further adjournment for the same purpose would not be justified as it would amount to wastage of precious time of this Commission and would cause to harass the OPs.

Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
